Arm’s System Performance Team in the Central Technology Group assesses and evaluates the novel technologies that are used in Arm’s industry-leading products – from data centres to IoT, by analysing their benefits to a System. Our work feeds into these technologies, in a hardware-software co-design approach. We would like a Graduate Engineer to join us in analysing and influencing the design of Arm Systems.
About you
The role involves studying, abstracting, and modelling applications and workloads, and iterating on system stack abstractions to improve product performance and efficiency. Candidates should hold or be pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering (or relevant experience), with skills in software and hardware performance analysis, computer architecture, scripting languages (Python, bash), and programming (C, C++), along with attention to detail and teamwork.
You’ll be supported by experienced mentors and given the chance to develop skills that span both technology and operations.
What could you be doing?
The job involves studying, understanding, abstracting, and modelling applications and workloads that run on Arm Systems, that span across different areas such as AI/ML, Computer Vision, Media, Gaming, and Productivity.
Why join us?
Hardware in CT bridges hardware design and real-world application. You will have the opportunity analyse and influence the design of Arm Systems across domains like AI/ML, Computer Vision, Media, Gaming, and Productivity.
